Potential tweaks for severity and escalation sections.
It might be nice if we new a particular type of alert only impacts a subset of customers beforehand to document that. Explicitly requesting a slack channel be associated with an alert may be nice, as it's often more comfortable/easier for folks to reach out to a group as opposed to individuals who may be the SME.
