Add redis-specific KAS dashboard

This change set adds an initial dashboard for the redis-related metrics for KAS. That is, the metrics from the redis client package (rueidis) in KAS.

I'll add more graphs for the new expiring hash GC metrics in a follow-up once we have some data collected.
