Draft: chore: Add Wiz-Sensor to metric catalog

Uday Govindia (PTO From 12th July - 24th July) requested to merge add-wiz-sensor into master

With this MR we would be adding third party scanner Wiz-Agent metric to the catalog, it would help us observe the performance of the agent and proactively try to resolve the issues.
