Add 2 new links to the API logs for the gitalyctl user 1 for gstg and the other for gprd

Why

In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/reliability/-/issues/24000#note_1526670680 We were debugging why the API was sending 500 errors and it would have been useful to have direct links to it through the dashboard.
