Update panel description for job failures per auto-deploy versions
Updating the "Total Number of Job Failures Per Auto-Deploy Version" panel with the max number of bars that can be displayed on Grafana (25).
It caused some confusion because the number of auto-deploys selected for a time range was more than 25, and the total number of job failures didn't match addition of all the failures for the displayed auto-deploy versions.
