Restructure verify grafana board

This restructure the Verify dashboard into more sub-section and also adds a few new entry points (pipeline tabs and the pipeline editor). The data is being pulled correctly and it can be verified locally (with the correct setup found here with the command:

$ ./test-dashboard.sh product/verify.dashboard.jsonnet
