Verify group rename from Pipeline Insights to Pipeline Security
The "Verify: Pipeline Insights" group has been renamed to "Verify: Pipeline Security". I renamed the channel in the runbooks config over the weekend due to an alert, and this is a follow-up MR to rename the remaining mentions of insights.
