Update channel name
The Verify:Pipeline Insights group is now known as Verify:Pipeline Security so #g_pipeline-insights was renamed to g_pipeline-security, and alert manager started alerting when it could send an alert to the old channel.
I realize there is more to rename than just this (eg. dashboard has to be renamed too) but given its the weekend, I'm going to fix just the channel name for now and make further updates early next week.
