Remove Fulfillment admin tooling and commerce integration pages

The Fulfillment Admin Tooling and Commerce Integrations groups have recently been converted from being groups to categories falling under other Fulfillment groups - see the "Fulfillment Team Structure" spreadsheet (Groups to Category mapping tab) for more details.

As a result, this MR removes the Admin Tooling and Commerce Integrations group pages from Grafana.
