Endpoints with low urgencies and high traffic share

Given the discussion on the issue gitlab-com/gl-infra/scalability#2026, I decided to turn the metric query used to build the table into a panel on this Grafana dashboard.

I'm not sure exactly if this is the right place to add it, or if this one is more appropriate, or somewhere else, but it can be easily moved if needed.
