Update production elasticsearch ILM errors alert.
This alert is spamming frequently currently as it alerts after a status 0 for 5minutes.
Given a 12 hour window we can see this is quite standard behaviour:
The largest gaps currently touch on the 10minute mark, so I think anything over 15minutes would indicate a legitimate problem here.
