Update the Alertmanager routes to DMS for partitioned Prometheus instances in gprd

This is adding a matcher on the Prometheus instance name for the routes to DMS so that we get a separate DMS snitch for each instance in gprd.

The additional snitches have been created in DMS and I will update ALERTMANAGER_SECRETS_FILE in https://ops.gitlab.net/gitlab-com/runbooks/-/settings/ci_cd before merging.

Note: I have also added snitches for the gstg zonal clusters, which were missing until now.
