What

Add the label type=patroni for all the alerts around postgresql

Why

In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/reliability/uploads/0aebe2aea09e6ba54420cd4879e698fa/Screenshot_2022-07-15_at_09.45.35.png we see the on-call getting paged twice for the same service. This alert was not grouped, this is because the cause based alerts are missing the type label.
