Use global metrics for Sidekiq detail templates

This uses lower cardinality metrics to populate the templates for selecting worker and queue on the Sidekiq detail dashboards. Instead of using the source metrics.

This will make the dashboard load faster, and reduce the chance of timing out on a dashboard load.
