Filter ELK logs with host from Gitaly Host Detail

This fixes the Kibana links in the Gitaly Host Detail dashboard, so that they correctly filter Kibana searches with the appropriate fqdn filter.

Previously, these searches would return all hosts. Now they filter correctly.
