3a3ea90d - Adds an alert for sidekiq exporter in K8s

  • Since metric labels are slightly different in Kubernetes, adds a rule to ensure we maintain the same alert as we migrate sidekiq into this new infrastructure
  • Adds a bit of troubleshooting bits since the prometheus service is not exposed externally from the cluster
