[Geo][GPRD] Invalid repository: no repository for such path

For example, project 6331435.

The repo does not exist on primary but it's not handled properly on secondary because we get Gitlab::Git::Repository::NoRepository instead of expected Gitlab::Shell::Error, see #423 (comment 73397967)
