Update instructions to account for staging AltSSH and Pages presence

Following the completion of #640 (closed) and #638 (closed), we can perform these steps in staging too

/cc @ahmadsherif - in particular, do you and @alejandro have the necessary permissions and context to perform the Pages steps? If not, are we able to acquire them in time for Thursday?
