Resolve "Centralized GitLab Duo page: Update icons"

Step 1: What is changing in this MR?

• Bump to the lastest version of slippers (will need to be bumped from pre-release to release before merging)
• Update to use SlpIcon with /gitlab-duo, which allows us to delete a ton of assets in nuxt-image
