Update platform page categories table to provide valid links

Step 1: What is changing in this MR?

Currently, there are some links in the categories table of the Platform Page that point towards a broken or incorrect part of the Features Page. This MR will:

• Updates the category table to load links from categories.yml
  • For available features: marketing_page > documentation
  • For planned features: direction
• Features with none of these links available are not loaded

• These changes have been documented as expected.
