Resolve "[ENG][I18N] Add hreflang attribute to GitLab Duo page"
Step 1: What is changing in this MR?
The GitLab Duo page was receiving only its English version of hreflang, the reason was that the I18n was not being sent as a parameter to the page's template, so the login inside the getLocalizedMeta function on meta.ts file was sending the page to the wrong if statment.
