free-trial: note external API features unavailable in trials

What does this MR do?

Adds a limitation bullet to the free-trial FAQ ("What is included in my free trial? What is excluded?") under both GitLab.com and Self-managed Ultimate trials:

Features requiring external API connections are not available.

It's positioned as the last bullet in each list, matching the copy approved on the issue.
