Update README to reflect core style guide restructuring

Description

This MR updates README.md to reflect changes done as part of Restructure core style guide to remove redundan... (#20 - closed):

  • Updated project structure tree: gitlab-translation-styleguide.md renamed to website-translation-rules.md, remove termbase.csv from core/ if no longer present
  • Fixed Translation section: remove "Quality assurance standards" (checklist was removed), clarify system prompt references language resources rather than containing them
  • Tightened Key Capabilities by removing "Smart translation" and "Cultural adaptation" , and similar markeitng verbiage was removed during #20 (closed) restructuring
  • Qualified "Respect existing translations" to reflect current agent behaviour by adding "when priompted properly"
