2025-05-06 Merge batch of product docs translations upstream

Single issue for pushing a batch of translations upstream for our projects the week of 5/6/25

Scope:

1. Create an "Update Production Translation MR" that will move translated documentation from the localization fork to the upstream production project
2. Move content from the fork's main-translation branch to the production project's master branch
3. Ensure pipelines pass, make and document necessary adjustments if not
4. Follow the MR template established for this process

6. Drop notes on iterations to make for CI/CD in each project as part of MVC 2: Enhanced Localization CI Pipeline
