Move all GitLab.com instances to the new network

Now that the NFS servers are in the GitLabProd vnet we can go on and move the rest of GitLab.com.

• Deploy - #1969 (closed)

• Worker Nodes - #1747 (closed)

• Redis - #2049 (closed)

• Database (not before testing the failover procedure so we do it without donwtime)

All these nodes must be created with Terraform.
