feat: scan for phone numbers and emails

This MR adds pattern matching for phone numbers and emails. @fvpotvin found that the regular expressions added in this MR have a good detection rate for the phone numbers and emails that we commonly see leaked in youtube videos, while at the same time having a low false positive rate !18 (comment 1591992172)
