Promote the use of 8 hours to Learning and Development
As a result of this FY21Q1 KR, team members expressed a desire to improve learning and development opportunities. As a result, the Security Department created a dedicated Learning and Development handbook page.
The Security Department encourages dedicated time to L&D by providing 8 hours per month to L&D related activities
The goal of this issue is to:
- Raise awareness of this L&D benefit
WIP: Culture committee is working on a Slack message in the Security Department channel as well as opportunities for Swag if completed
- Remind team members to share training material and provide feedback to other team members on training that was attended.

The Culture Committee is aiming for 100% participation by 2021/12/31
