This closes https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-security/appsec/tooling/release-certification-tools/-/issues/36.

It fixes the function that returned JiHu contributions from a task ID by getting the task blog post MR and extracting the releases MR's from there to check if they are JiHu contributions.

Fix spec, refactor to be DRY.
