Add links to key concepts for scalability SWE

As a new joiner, it can be difficult to find information. Not because the information is poorly documented, but because we do not know the contexts and concepts we lack (known unknowns vs unknown unknowns).

This MR adds a category called Domains to understand which adds 1-2 important links per domain which new engineers will likely look for upon joining to speed up the information seeking process.
