Automate redis-build with renovate

This is a follow-up task from #2020 (closed).

We attempted to implement renovate updating in redis-build, but it's not working properly yet.

renovate-ci is detecting the repo, and did manage to update the docker image. But for some reason it's not detecting the redis version in build.sh.
