Setup *.docs.gitlab-review.app to serve Review Apps

We'll need to add an nginx configuration analogous to the one for about.gitlab-review.app (see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-cookbooks/cookbook-about-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/75) and create the corresponding DNS entries. We'll also need to create an SSL certificate for HTTPS.
