Draft: Add Wiz.io readiness review

This MR is a readiness review for an external SaaS security tool, Wiz.io, which is being requested retrospectively as this procedure was not known to be required when the service was enabled. It current has access to AWS and GCP production environments for the purpose of cloning disks and scanning them for vulnerabilities and malware. It is currently a draft whilst I finish gathering the required information.
