Add calendar entry for C1/C2 Changes.

Michele Bursi requested to merge add_gitlab_prod_calendar_requirements_to_c1_c2_changes into master

This MR is aligning the current Change Management process and the Production CR templates.

For C1 and C2 changes the process requires to add the CR event into the Gitlab Production calendar.

Currently the Production CR template is missing this step. This MR adds this step to the Change Technician checklist part.
