Code suggestions seems to be fully down.
It may be due to these recently merged / deployed MRs
- Add Code Suggestions setting to user profile (gitlab-org/gitlab!121079 - merged)
- Update default value for code_suggestions settings (gitlab-org/gitlab!121126 - merged)

Current Status
[2023-05-19 16:57 UTC] The feature is now blocked by a background data migration that's introduced in this MR, gitlab-org/gitlab!121126 (merged). Based on our estimation, it may take around 19 hours to get the migration finished.
