Create a new zone for testing end-to-end Cloudflare module configurations

In gitlab-com/content-sites/handbook!13775 (merged) we describe creating a new zone to allow for testing common user configurations for the entrypoint module to ensure that we are tracking changes to resources and ensuring that common cases work before releasing new versions of the Cloudflare entrypoint module.

Proposal

• Create a new zone for testing
• Integrate into Cloudflare entrypoint module testing pipelines
• Write an example test configuration using the zone

This work only captures creating a zone within our existing account so that we can test functionality not requiring creation and initial configuration of a zone. We will define a separate issue for provisioning a testing Cloudflare account for more in-depth testing.
