Modifying Quote to Order section - Partners
In EMEA the communication method partners use to be in touch with us it is not homogeneous. Partners send all sort of emails to emea@gitlab.com referring to quotes, invoices etc. they add wrong people completely unrelated to whatever customer might be.
Considering that alias is not regulated and unmonitored and every so often doesn't include the right people, here is a suggestion to make an improvement at least to address the quoting requests effectively:
In the "Quote to Order" section of this page https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/resellers/channel-working-with-GitLab/#quote-to-order add a wording similar to this effect: _"Going forward, we kindly request that all renewal requests be submitted within 90 days and no later than 30 days of the expiration date.
To ensure a smooth and efficient renewal process, please send all renewal requests to the following email alias: partnersupport@gitlab.com with in cc the dedicated CAM. This dedicated email address will then route internally the request to the appropriate owners in SFDC.
By adhering to this timeline and using the designated email alias, we can streamline the renewal process and provide you with timely assistance. We appreciate your cooperation and attention to this matter.
