Update the image pull secrets for the ops registry

What

I've updated the image pull secrets in Vault with project access tokens in the related projects. This updates the external secrets to pull the new secrets.

Why

The original token for the image pull secrets in a PAT from the ops-gitlab-net and is expiring the 11th.
