[gprd] Remove redis-registry-cache sentinel from tanka
What
Decommissioning redis-registry-cache from tanka deployments in gprd.
Why
The migration from redis-registry-cache to redis-cluster-registry was completed on October 1st with the final container registry switchover from sentinel to cluster .
Since now we have redis-cluster-registry for all container registry workloads, we will go ahead and decommission the old redis-registry-cache cluster across all the envs this week.
We have already decommissioned the same incase of pre and gstg
