Update the image pull secrets for es-diagnostic and pubsubbeat to use the new deploy token for the ops registry provisioned with https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/infra-mgmt/-/merge_requests/828.

Why

The tokens currently in use are about to expire, this new token is terraformed and automatically renewed so we won't be at risk of any incidents because of token expirations now.
