What

Create VirtualService and DestinationRules for Airflow Ingress.
Add Istio Gateways to gitlab-analysis-staging cluster.
Add SAN TLS for gke domain *.gastg-gitlab-analysis-staging.us-east1.gitlab-analysis.gke.gitlab.net
Add vault-secrets release to airflow helmfiles.

Why

Need to enable SSL Ingress for Airflow.
