[grafana][pre] - disable angular warnings in pre grafana

What

Disables the angular js depreciation warnings in pre.

Why

With the update to the most recent grafana version we now get depreciations of the angular js panel plugin

We are well aware of this depreciation so this visually hides the warning from appearing in every panel.
