forward logs from all containers with prometheus in their name

Michal Wasilewski requested to merge michalw/forward-alertmanager-logs-to-es into master

This should include Prometheus, alertmanager, node exporter.

The change will be applied in all envs. The rollout will be gradual, i.e. to nonprod first, if everything is ok, production.

Logging volume is relative low, the ES cluster should be able to handle it.
