feat(gitalyctl): dry-run drain of nfs-file110
What
- Enable
gitalyctldeployment - Start draining
nfs-file110 - Drain in dry_run mode only
Why
This is the first gprd node that we are draining, so we want to enable
dry_run mode first so we validate that we pick up the right
repositories.
