Update zoekt prometheus endpoints

What

Changes port for zoekt metrics to go through the only exposed port in its gateway. Additionally exposes /indexer/metrics which was never exposed.

Why

With gitlab-org/cloud-native/charts/gitlab-zoekt!28 (diffs), the webserver port is no longer exposed. We need to use the gateway port.
