GPRD Increase zoekt webserver memory

What does this MR do?

Related to gitlab-org/gitlab#455323

We suspect the Zoekt webserver may be hitting memory limitations which is causing slowdowns for group searches. We'd like to bump the memory up (both limit and request) to see if it helps
