Zoekt indexer: add values for deploymentAnnotations

What does this MR do?

Defines an annotation defined in gitlab-org/cloud-native/charts/gitlab-zoekt!78 (merged) for the gitlab-zoekt-indexer according to gitlab-com/gl-infra/production#17751 (comment 1829394003) so that when a cert change is registered, the deployment is updated.
