Update the node selectors and add node tolerations to move to the new tainted node pools in gprd

What does this MR do?

Update the workloads in gprd to move to the new node pools with taints created in https://ops.gitlab.net/gitlab-com/gl-infra/config-mgmt/-/merge_requests/4050
