What does this MR do?

Bumping charts for pre

• updating the commit hash using: 842cea70d3b8cef1007685505bafae3963c26f31 This to grap metrics for gitlab-shell, the original work happened here: gitlab-org/charts/gitlab!2311 (merged)
• The updated chart prevents the native use-case for configuring the selector and instead favors our own method, commit: !1427 (e30d9b46)
