What does this MR do?

Revert "Adds the web deployment to Production's Canary stage"

This reverts commit 970ffa32.

This is part of change request gitlab-com/gl-infra/production#5247 (closed) which needs to be rolled back due to failing conditions (web pods taking production traffic)
