fix(deps): manually update common-ci-tasks

There is a version of common-ci-tasks that seems to result in a .gitlab-ci.yml invalid yaml error when creating pipelines. As a result, the renovate pipeline that is supposed to run to update common-ci-tasks can't run.

This should fix that.

fix(deps): update goreleaser

The older package is missing as it stems from before we were building truncated versions.
